What Do You Get When You Mix a Film Crew, a Salon, and 82 Blow Dries? July at Give Me

If we had to sum up July in one word? Loud. In the best way.

From filming with our real-life customers to blowing the roof off a Liverpool salon (okay, not literally), July was a month of real stories, good hair, and unapologetic glow-ups.

Our Customers Took Over! They Stole the Show

We asked. You delivered.

When we put the call out for our community to become the Face of Give Me, we expected a few videos. We did not expect to be hit with a tidal wave of incredible, heartfelt entries from people who genuinely live and breathe our brand. (Seriously, you made it emotional.)

After narrowing down hundreds of entries and approximately 12 internal debates, we picked four amazing women to star in our latest campaign.

We set up base in an Airbnb in Liverpool, teamed up with the ridiculously talented crew at Clockwise Film, and rolled cameras.
The goal? To spotlight the real people who got us here.
No scripts. No filters. Just stories worth telling with some seriously good hair on the side.

 

Salon Takeover: 82 Blow Dries, Zero Chill

On July 21st, we took over Hey Bae Beauty and things got lively.

We teamed up with the dream squad of stylists (@joelstclaire_hair, @shane_mcl, and more) to deliver 82 free wash and blow dries. Our first-ever Give Me pop-up was in full swing, and spoiler: Glazed Lip Oil sold out fast.

There was music from @daisydadswelldj, balloons from @lightboxliverpoolpartydecor, and a whole lot of people walking out looking ten times more fabulous than they walked in.
